Been 7 months since I have been back here, staff are friendly, great location, comp water, we ordered 3 medium flat white, seems to take longer than expected, went up to ask if they were on the way after 15 min, said they were about to start making them. 10 min later 2 came over….5 more min the third one came. $15. Nice relax under umbrella at 9.45 am. Again.. Came in on Monday at around 10.30 am. Went in with Mum we ordered 2 Chicken Pesto Focaccia a coffee and tea. Ordered at counter a d given a number. Service was super fast and lady tami g our order was very friendly . We checked in but the tables were super close to each other I guess because the rain. Food was hot and tasty and Mum made a special comment that the teas was fresh leaves in a pot.

Yah, Merlo Coffee and Norco Milk. Popped in to get a coffee about 8am on a Wednesday. Always good to see plenty of locals and visitors, shows that it is a good cafe. Service was friendly and it didn't take too long to get our coffees. Great spot across from the beach. Dogs are welcome.

Food was very good. Although service can be improved. Waitresses looked a bit overwhelmed with number of customers and it could be for not having enough staff.

Always a great coffee and a friendly smile from the fantastic staff at Piccolo. I have also tried some tasty smoothies and some brilliant food including the banana bread! With the ocean across the street, there is no better place to stop by for that caffeine hit or whatever else you might be craving.

if you’re going for a bike ride on the gold coast then this cafe is a logical stop. Apparently owned by Robbie McEwan you could even pickup some cycling gear.
The bike racks out the front are handy too.

Unknowingly stumbled upon location with lots of good week and weekend parking options and good coffee. But more than anything, all of the staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable of their products and very friendly. Glad we stopped in.

Great spot food was great the menu was limited. Ordering your food was a bit frustrating they need to improve Mybe get the staff to seat the customers give them a menu bottle of water then let them no to place order at register even better get the staff to take the order
