Dunkin'

I came to pick up an online order, there's was this girl talking to the other male employee, she was really loud, then she saw me standing in there and instead of greeting me she just immediately asked what do you want? I told her that I ordered on line and she bang on a piece of paper on the side of the counter that says ubber or door dash order pick up at register. First of all I was not neither one and secondly that is not a way to greed costumers specially making them feel like they are stupid because they are not paying attention to what the piece of paper says, this place has the most horrible costumer service ever I always come here with all my colleagues, but instead I rather look for another place where I can be treated as a human being.

The worst run branch I’ve ever been to. The first time I went, they were closed despite it being normal business hours for them and Google saying they were open. I tried again a few days later and the lights were on, there was a staff member inside preparing drinks and food. It was the morning and there was a group of hospital workers waiting at the door hoping to get served before their shift started, but the staff member had locked everyone out despite the fact that the store was supposed to be open for the day. She refused to acknowledge us waiting and would not communicate with us to tell us if she would serve us or not. After about 15 minutes (not sure how long the other people had been there), she came outside just to yell at us and say she wasn’t taking any more orders. The rudeness and inefficiency was shocking

I've had bad Dunkin Donuts before, and y'all good ones, but this one was really bad: this is their "full" large iced cappuccino. The person there had a surly demeanor like the food being ordered was an imposition even though the place was pretty much empty on an early Saturday afternoon. While I understand that it's not fun working by yourself and have been in situations like that, it's no reason to be in a foul mood. Also don't appreciate both Dunkin Donuts app and Google sending me here. Being new to Miami, it should let you know this and the other restaurants mainly serve the Medical District and staff they're located in, and are therefore in a parking facility that charges after the 1st hour. While these establishments are geographically located closest to me, the actual driving distance and time to get there and back makes them further than another Dunkin that was only half a mile longer away. It'd be great if both DD and Google would let one know what kind of location it is (Mall, Parking Facility, Airport stand, etc)

some of the best coffee in town this location is in the Health District and is very busy . the donuts and baked good are always fresh and the coffee is always hot. The service is also impeccable.
