Avis sur Mi Casa Restaurant

I ordered through Uber eats, they missed 2 of my orders, and the food received were really horrible the worst Peruvian food I ever tasted, the seco was salty and the meat stale. Stay away from this place. When I called about this issue the person was really unprofessional did not offered me a refund for the bad food they prepared. I requested my refund to Uber eats for the food they missed from the order. I do not recommend this restaurant super bad experience with the food and customer service.

If I could leave a rating of -5, I would. Worst customer service ever!!!!! Party of 5, we walked in the restaurant...sat down, ordered 5 drinks. Got the drinks, Waited over 30 minutes no one ever came back to take the order 🙄... or even acknowledged us...we decided to leave, asked for the check (drinks) waited over 10 more minutes 😲 (mind it wasn’t even busy). My husband decided to get up and ask 3 staff members behind the counter for the check. We were ignored, no apologies. We paid and left a nice TIP “get a customer service crash course for dummies”. Good luck if you decide to go.... hopefully they have taken their crash course by then!
