I keep hoping this location would turn around
The worst Dunkin I have every been too. It’s location is convenient for me but today I decided that I can’t keep wasting money
Never get my order right
Half full cups… bad service no one is every paying attention… turnover is alarming

New management new team. Potential is there, just need to train the new guy to keep up with the examples of the store. Decent speed when it comes to rush hour! Customer satisfaction is a plus; dont be rude they're all new right down to management

Just came here and bought a peppermint mocha coffee but it wasnt very strong, went in to ask for just a couple more pumps and the worker completely redid my drink for me and waited for me to try it and make sure I liked it!! Very surprised and pleased!! Thank you :)

They are always up early and happy no matter what time of day, and they always make sure to get my order right. I've never had a problem with them, and they're my go to Dunks!!

They got my order wrong 2- consecutive days ,instead of attempting to correct the issue, it became a debate of denial, shame..!!! ,extreme lack of customer service and professionalism

Customer service here was NOT pleasant at all. The clerk at the window rolled her eyes when asked for cup of water and the manager wasn't any better asking why was everybody asking for water. Obviously it's because it's hot out and people get thirsty. They need customer service classes there. By the way I was making a purchase, it's not like I only asked for water.

They didn’t listen to my order correct and they were lazy. You may waste your money if you come here . It’s sometimes ok and sometimes literally waste. Also, after writing this my partner told me their was a hair in my coffee. Right on the inside of my lid. I’m so disgusted and feel absolutely disappointed that I actually came to this dunkin.

This Dunkin donuts is the Worst Dunkin's I have Ever been to. In one week they managed to screw up my order 7 days in a row. It's not a difficult order either. The employees are young and just don't care about anything. The place is dirty and the manager is Never there to complain too.
