Disappointing experience. Arrived at our hotel late and received this delivery…an entire pizza UNCUT!! You could only imagine us trying to break and cut the pizza with a plastic knife!!

This is not a bad review. It's just I didn't like the pizza I ordered that time. I think was the Buffalo something. The rest of my order was really good. Delicious pizza. And good wings.

I usually really like papa johns but this one didn’t do too well. The delivery was on time but the pizza inside was pretty torn up. I ignored it and ate the pizza but I noticed something weird on one of the slices. Pulled it off and it’s a literal piece of styrofoam baked in the pizza. How does a piece of styrofoam manage its way into a pizza?

Hadn’t had a Papa John’s pizza in a while, unfortunately they’re not as good as they used to be, I always got a pizza called the works, with that name you think you would get A pizza with the works, they are very Skippy with the ingredients, Very disappointed.

Papa John's is the only restaurant that I've worked in and will still eat their food. It's always high quality and hot/fresh.

This store makes the worst pizza! My pizza was dry . i didnt get the extra cheese i ordered . i tipped the driver . my food was barely warm. Absoultley HORRIBLE!

This was the worst pizza ordering experience in my life. Problems with the app, which is poorly-designed. When I called the store-twice-I got a message that the store was closed (it wasn't and rang through anyway). Whoever answered the phone (Josh?) was unfriendly. Took them 60+ minutes to deliver the pizza, "we only have one driver, and we got 4 orders right before close."
Pizza was so soggy that at the box sagged from the moisture; it fell apart and tasted AWFUL. I gagged and spit it out.
There was nothing that went right with this order and I can't believe I had to throw $30 worth of food in the trash.
