If I could give zero stars I would. I was at this location today to get my children some lunch. I watched and counted five employees one of whom just got done taking payment for two other gentleman before me. She took their orders and walked away. I watched as give front court er employees all looked at me and didn't come to the register to take my order. As a mother who promised her children chicken nuggets I patiently waited. Until an older woman told me that of I wanted anything I could use the kiosk. I didn't want to do that as my kids are very picky I wanted to place my order in person. They straight up refused saying of I wanted anything I can order and pay at the kiosk or leave. I sincerely hope corporate looks at this review and investigates. Because you didn't deny me service you denied my children service. These people working today honestly do not deserve their jobs. And should be ashamed of themselves picking and choosing who gets served and who doesn't. Y'all have a blessed day.

Best Mcdonald’s I’ve been into in Metairie/ Nola. Prompt, efficient, courteous, consistent, and a great example of the importance of strong Management. Other locations should learn from the example and direction this Manager sets and clearly upholds with staff. She cultivated a team dedicated to customer service and overall effective efficient diner experiences. -It’s the small things, Thanks for caring - You deserve the acknowledgment and my gratitude. -Forgotten cookies & curbside honey mustard 🖤
