Marco's

I used to like this place, but I'm not sure whats up with the staff lately. been ordering from them for almost 2 years now on a pretty regular basis, every Sunday. I like the pizza its good food I wont deny that, but it seems that they change drivers on a daily basis, because I never recognize the people they send to deliver. this can get a little annoying because they can never ever find my apartment...EVER. despite being a pretty loyal customer, whom they've been delivering to for almost 2 years. that wasn't the problem either to be honest, its okay...i get it. then today (9/11/16) it happened again. the driver came, called me once. I didn't hear the phone, turns out I had a missed call. one missed call. he called me threw the gate but immediately hung up for some reason, I assumed someone let him in because of the abrupt way the call ended before I could answer, and then nothing. for a good half hour to 45 min. turns out the driver called me once, figured "he didn't answer, ill just go back.", when I called the lady, whom I assume is the manager, she told me what happened. apparently, him having to call me back a second time just to make sure I simply didn't miss the call was too much trouble. she told him, just come back, and let me know that the pizza was in the store if I wanted to pick it up. so I told her don't worry ill just order from somewhere else. I ordered dominoes. they are pretty accurate...but I like Marcos better. to bad. o well, but I don't want to bother them anymore so ill just start ordering Dominoes until I find a better pizzeria. any suggestions?

Here's the thing, we LOVE the pizza here, but recently the service has really gone downhill. Last night we ordered our usual order online. Delivery guy called because he was having trouble finding the apartment building, but never mentioned on the phone that they were out of two liter Pepsi (which we had ordered). He gets to the door and says, "Oh we don't have anymore two liters so I guess I can just credit you that, sorry." When they were putting together the order they couldn't just call and ask if we wanted something else? Or take it off our bill then? So I called the number, and the person who answered just mumbed, "Yeah", so I had to ask to make sure I was actually talking to Marco's pizza. He immediately interrupts me to say, "Yeah so we had to close early due to low staff, so i can't take your order." When I told him I was calling about the Pepsi I didn't get, he said he could call me back after he spoke to a manager about crediting it to my account. No one called back. Dude sounded like a major stoner, and extremely unprofessional. Where is the manager or owner of this franchise?? I'm waiting for them to open this morning to call about my bill.

Their pizza is mediocre, but not bad. Decided to order a "cheap" delivery pizza tonight. My wife had an email from Marco's for "50% off of order of $20 or more". With tax, delivery fee and tip, our order was over $30. Coupon would not apply because the total before tax and delivery fee was $19.88(under $20). Then, I saw the disclaimer "maximum discount of $10 with this coupon"... Annoyed with all of the headaches and bait and switch, we ordered from a locally owned gourmet pizza place that uses all fresh ingredients. It cost $2 more than the identical order would have at Marco's with a "50% off" coupon. When your pizza is OK at best, you should really work harder to offer a bargain.

Omg stop with the 4 star review now . I ate this pizza while I was starving. People say everything taste good when ur hungry. Well Marco u have proved them wrong. This was the most horrible pizza I ever had . N I've had some bad pizza . Idk may have to try again later but for now . That was some horrible pizza boss
