Smoothie King

Pulled up to this smoothie king at 9:23 and watched 2 workers duck and hide and cut the lights off, 2 minutes later at 9:25 a worker opened the drive thru window and a lot of smoked Dissipated as she waved me forward. She then proceeded to tell that they close at 9 now as I’m looking directly at the hours on the sticker in the window that clearly says mon-fri 6:30-10. I guess you’re establishment allows smoking and hiding from customers and lying about hours to avoid doing any work. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would say do better but instead hire better… Ps I have a video of the whole interaction and it will be forwarded

This is by far the worst smoothie King I've ever been to. I had a question for the manager and he or she wouldn't even come to the window to speak to me. They also refused service to me because I think the crazy blue haired person working has no clue to what they are doing. So if you want a smoothie i would highly recommend going to a different store as this location doesn't care about customer service or care about making money evidently. I understand in an industry like this your gonna have younger people work but that's no excuse for not being professional and or courteous. You can drive 2 more minutes and go to another smoothie king that actually cares but this one will never get my business or anybody i knows business ever again.

More often then not I have no problem with this location, the majority of the staff are kind and professional. However the last time i went they charged me for a medium and gave me a small, I tried to correct the dude and he pretended it was my fault somehow. But the worst part is more and more often the staff refuse to WEAR MASK. So I will no longer be shopping here.
