My wedding planner had a TERRIBLE experience with Popcorn Bistro. Prepaid and everything we almost did not receive my popcorn favors for the day of the wedding due to "change of location." Not my problem that you chose to change locations the week of my wedding. If you promised a service, you are to provide it no matter what the circumstance. Nobody there EVER answers the phone... just a bunch of teenagers running the place with no owners to be found. Hoping that with the change of location, it will bring better/more professional business.

I bought several flavors as Christmas gifts. About half of them were stale. The ones that were fresh were delicious. At a busy shopping season I feel that it all should have been fresh.If there's a next time I'll be careful what I order.

I purchased the caramel and cheddar mix. They were out of caramel so I opted for Canadian Maple and cheddar. The cheddar was flavorless, but salty. You couldn't taste the cheese at all. I'm from Chicago and Garrett's popcorn is amazing! It's the absolute BEST! I had high hopes for Popcorn Bistro, but those hopes were dashed immediately. I won't be purchasing this popcorn again.

Excited for popcorn as I love gourmet popcorn. Bought 2 different flavors of popcorn and it taste stale in both flavor and texture. Very disappointed, definitely would not buy again. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

Although this may empty some children's piggy banks and some adults wallets, the variety of flavor and friendly staff makes up for it. With over 50, flavors your bound to be in there a good 30 minutes deciding whats satisfying :)

The employee there was so nice and generous, she took money out of her own pocket to pay for me because I forgot my credit card at home and I only have some cash.

We came here the first time and we had great service. The second time we had the rudest cashier went on a Tuesday at 3PM horrible service!
