Subway

HORRIBLE service! Twice now I have gone to this location and received despicable service. Person preparing my families sandwiches argues with us when they make the sandwich wrong, tells us we have to pay for the wrong sandwich even tho its wrong and not what we ordered. Speaking with management does no good. They argue as well, blame us because their employee did a horrible job and provided horrible customer service. Second visit, refusal to make the sandwiches with anything extra even tho we offer to pay any extra toppings (says quality control) . Argues about microwaving bacon, says toasting is fine. Continuously argues, claims she can't microwave because the microwave is being used.

Worst service and even worst experience. ATTN MANAGEMENT: Check your google reviews. Our experience took place on 09/24/19 @ 3:45ish There were 2 employees, 1 female and 1 male. The did not welcome any customers in, including myself. The person who was making my food did not say 1 thing to me. Just made the sliders and did not ask me if there was anything else I wanted on either slider. I had to stop her to tell her I would like extra of an ingredient... still no communication or anything. This places level of service is about a 1 out of 10 realistically. Management, get a hold of your team and fix this asap. Service was horrible, it was like ordering from zombies and they made customers feel like we were bothering them if we DID ask for something.

I arrived at 1:40pm today three people ahead of me, it was bad enough the old guy was having problems understand what went on a subway, but then I had two other customers who could not make up their either. While waiting for sandwich to be made Merle who was making the sandwich, happened to sneeze in his arm near the glove he was wearing. I not only noticed this but several other customers did as well. I started complaining out loud that he needed to go wash his hands, he acted like he was not hearing us, and he handled an avocado after this and started preparing other sandwiches. When he finally listened he took off gloves and went back to the back room, supposedly to wash his hands. I also notice Maria sneeze in her hand and handling sandwiches, she put a glove on to handle the sandwiches, We all left not purchasing a sandwich, I was there a good 20 minutes. This is not good food handling practices, I would never recommend this place to anyone, no care in the world and very slow. I will be reporting this to the health department on Monday. I sure hope nobody gets sick after this. by the way they get a 0 star rating but it would not let me give this to them

I wasn’t very impressed. My family and I had ordered 2 party trays for superbowl weekend and placed our order 24 hours before like you are supposed too. First of all nobody knew what they were doing they had to call they’re manager on the phone it took at least 20 min just to make the order. Then go in the next day the same guy who took our order was in there said it wasn’t ready and was complaining to some girl for not making the order then she went in the back to start making it I look back and seen she was just on her cell phone. So I just asked for a refund. And all 3 employees didn’t even know how to do a refund they had to call the manager again another 20 minutes just to do a refund. Maybe have a manager there or train better.

Subway is always been consistently average in terms of the food offered but it's consistent. The thing that makes this subway below average is the staff. I've never seen 3 people move slower. The sandwich artist had extremely poor communication skills when I asked a question about the sandwich offerings she said "the menu is over there". No one made me aware of the daily special so I ended up paying more for just my sandwich that I would have; had I got a drink and sandwich. I don't come with high expectations to Subway but it would be nice to have somebody who is at least friendly and didn't seem like hate there job.
