Whataburger

I got came in behind us didn't have a mask on and he walks right up behind it's almost on top of us, the employees didn't say anything to him. Then after we ordered, we are waiting for our food and the girl up there at the counter was arguing with someone in the kitchen and she was holding our food in her hand on the tray.my sister saw this and waited for about 5 minutes and then walked up there and told her can I have our order please. I would not go to this one it's the one off Syene andn military in Mesquite

This is the 11th consecutive time they've gotten my order wrong. And they do something different every time. I ask for a chicken strip combo with gravy, an extra gravy and a root beer with no ice, but they might not give me fries or they'll put ice in my drink. One time they gave me a spicy barbecue bacon cheeseburger instead! And that's just the order! I've waited for anywhere between thirty minutes to two hours to get my food just for it to be made incorrectly, then I'll wait another hour to get it fixed. This place is horrible and no one should ever eat here.

I wish I could explain the full situation but long story short, my burger was messed up 3 times, and things were added to my order that I didn't order. After I came back in a 3rd time for a new burger, my husband came in and returned everything for a refund, and was threatened by one of the young kids working there. He also followed him to the door like he was gonna do something. Guys save yourself a bunch of time and frustration and go somewhere else like Griff's...they actually care about their customers and aren't rude as hell. Whataburger is going down the drain 😔

Every time I go through the drive through they forget something from my order. I call to talk to a manager and the phone rings three times before an automated voice say that person I am trying to reach is unavailable. How is it that a 24hr restaurant cant answer the bloody phone when a customer is calling
