So I went this morning and I didn’t re-check the bag to make sure I received my order correctly and I normally do. Well this time around It was wrong and I’m home i receive 2 orders of hot cakes and sausage and what I ordered was one big breakfast and one order of the 3 hot cakes and I was charged $12.57 for the big breakfast that I didn’t receive I want half of this refund returned to my card! I don’t have time to go back and forth and on top of that I didn’t get any creamers or sugars! What kind of service is this!!! I’m upset because my daughter has a doctor appointment to be at 10 am! And when you pay for something you expect it to be there! Instead y’all quick at rushing us out the drive through!!

I ordered a LARGE iced coffee as usual. This is the cup I was handed, as usual. I told the employee I got a large, and asked if this was the large. She said “yes why, is it to small?”. So I showed her the sizing on the side of the cup, showing this is the MEDIUM cup for iced coffee. She told me “it’s because of the ice”. What? Putting ice in my iced coffee doesn’t change the cup size… I continued saying this is a medium cup for iced coffee as I pointed, and she continued saying it’s because of the ice, the ice makes it a large. That makes zero sense. I finally just drove off because she was just gonna argue and was clearly to ignorant to read the side of the cup and see she was wrong. I would have gone in and asked for a manager, but had my children with me and was in a hurry.

The employees working at this location are really rude. They don't even treat you like a human being. They're always out of things and when you ask for a few simple pack of ketchup, they lie and say they don't have ketchup. When you order a happy meal and ask for double pack of fries they never get that right, and even with the toy, sometimes they won't even give you a toy for happy meal.

Worst McDonald's ever! STAY AWAY AND EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK! Rude staff, long lines. Most importantly, COLD AND OVERCOOKED FOOD! Do yourself a favor and skip this one. The location is close to my work, and silly me, I try to go every once in awhile to see if the service has gotten better. Let down once again! I went through the drive-thru and I wasn't able to see the menu on the screen. It appears that McDonald's has a fundamental flaw with their menu screens. What I mean by this is when the person before you orders, the order remains on the screen showing their full menu choice and amount due. You have to remember what you want on the screen PRIOR to arriving to the order screen. When I informed the employee that I was unable to see the screen he was quite belligerent and told me "it's not my problem and everyone complains about it". I spoke to his manager who appeared to also be clueless. Quite sure she is not going to say anything to him. Most importantly my fish sandwich combo was cold, the fries were hard, and the tea was watered down. Just a very horrible location and reflects poorly on the McDonald's brand.

I'm still trying to figure out how someone can be so unlucky with this location so many times. Today was my last trying to promote this local business. They are too slow for fast food business, systems are always down but you are still charged regardless they will claim they don't see your online mobile order. They did some renovations a few weeks back, no signage to alert customers that there's no service only after I inquired why my order is taking so long that's when the employees inside inform me they are closed. Lights still on and all and you guessed right got charged for that order too.

The little short one with the bullring and long braids was too busy playing on her phone texting than to open the window and acknowledge the fact that the customer was there. It took another customer to knock on the window to get her attention as the lobby was closed. This was 6/11/22 after 10pm. She seemed as if she didn't want to be there. If I would have been her manager I would have written her up and sent her home. Don't want to work or do your job, hit em in the pockets. It is not the customers fault you don't want to be there or do your job!
