We had a great experience. Satisfied our cravings for Braum's Ice Cream. The staff was friendly and they also have some new flavors on their menu.

I stopped here during awful weather, on my way to visit my husband in the VA hospital. He wanted a vanilla malt.
Both the person who took my order and my money and the one who presented me with my drink were exceptionally kind. I left there feeling better than when i arrived.
The malt was good too :)

Busy depending on the time and ifnu ever been here you know why!!! The ice cream is great- and so is the hot foods!!!! I always go for the double cheeseburger and crinkle cut fries and as far as the ice cream I do Orange/lime sherbet or the chocolate chip and vanilla!! I've been going here since I was a kid so it never disappoints! If u never been make it a point to check them out!

It was an enjoyable experience. The line for food was relatively short, however the line for ice cream was almost out of the doors. We didn't have a long wait for our order. It was just the right temperature and portion size for us.

This location always appears to be overwhelmingly busy: inside and out. However, the service, and the food is worth the wait. I do wish they were like Chick-fil-A were the employees take the orders to make the line go a little faster and smoother. Even though, the lines are ridiculous long they make up with it in customer service and food.

I only have 3 stars because the assistant manager was really nice. I ask for a burger with mustard and no mayo. I get my burger it’s mayo. So I went through the drive thru again. I explain that I ask for mustard and not mayo both ladies were nice and said they would remake it. All they did was added mustard on top of mayo. At this point I just ask for refund.

They still have one of the best homestlye hamburgers. Love crinkle fries. Delicious cherry limeade. Made with real limes.
Sundaes can be made with any flavor ice cream you want.

Filthy disgusting place. Cross contamination everywhere. Employees plastered in ice cream. Filthy floors. Not a single clean food preparation surface in the building. 0/5 never returning, highly recommend no one else waste their time or money. Try another location.
