my service here I got 12 cookies I was going to purchase a sandwich but after looking at all the women not have on the mask I decided not to get a sandwich and just to get the cookies not only that my order came up to think $4.89 and I had $100 bill on me and a couple of dollars but it wasn't enough I asked if she could break a hundred it was clear at 12:00 she said she couldn't so she reached to take the cookies back I said hold on I think I got a couple of dollars so I had $3 and the rest I had in change I think this is very unprofessional not only did they not have a mask on but to not have change for a hundred when they know that they're going to be busy and it's lunch time I wouldn't recommend this service this is a picture of my greasy cookies

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. They are always out of something. Get a manager at this place. Went tonight at 7pm. No spinach wraps. No chicken. No potato chips. No tea. Could not give change. Why are they even open. A week ago they had no bread. No tea. Actually they never have tea. I have been several times around 7pm same thing. This place used to be good. Never a manager around. Poorly run. Nothing is ever stocked. Employees slow. Trash overflowing.They are losing a lot of business. Absolutely horrible.

I entered this establishment at 6:15pm... when I entered there was one lady ordering and two other ppl in front of me. There was one NEW lady making sandwiches. After 10 minutes of standing in line, another lady by the name of Alicia came from around the corner wiping her hands and arms as though she'd been in the back washing something. Anywho, she proceeded to the register and printed out an order and made it. She then half helped the lady in line, but the new girl end up finishing her order. Mind you there were now 3 other ppl behind me. After standing in line for now 35 mins, I asked the new lady was her manager here and she said no Alicia (coworker) is here, then asked if I wanted her to get her. I said yes. Alicia came around the corner and asked me, how could she help me? I asked her if she could help the NEW lady. She stated her manager told her to keep doing what she was doing and stated she's slow because she's new. Then she proceeded back to the back. At this time, there was 5 ppl in line and again I have been standing here 43 mins. I laughed it off, although I wanted to go off on her. When Alicia finished playing in the water in the back and putting bread on a pan, she then came to the front to help the new lady. I was next in line, but she helped the couple behind me. Again I laughed it off. Once my sandwich was complete, (47mins later), I asked for the managers name and ole Alicia said her name is Karen and she'll be here Monday! So Karen I will be calling you Monday about the horrible customer service. Why would you advise Alicia to not assist the NEW lady when there is 5 or more ppl in line? Especially if the new girl doesn't even know the difference between turkey and chicken. Definitely ridiculous 🙄!

This location always closes early. ALWAYS. The earliest they’ve done this was around 9:40pm. This one was taken at 9:45. If you’re not open till 10pm then don’t advertise it. Last night had about 4 cars outside wanting something. And they weren’t even cleaning. Just standing around. “We’re out of bread.” I bet, too lazy to make enough.

Called the location and NO ONE ANSWERS. ORDER PLACED ONLINE AND WE REQUESTED AVOCADO ON 2 OF THE FOOTLONGS AND THEY DIDN'T ADD IT BUT DIDN'T FORGET TO CHARGE IT. ASKED FOR TUNA FOOT LONG AND WAS GIVEN PEPPERONI AND JALAPEÑOS WITH SPICY SAUCE ON TOP OF THAT .
WE OPENED THE PEPPERONI JALAPEÑO FOOT LONG AND TWO KNATS FLEW OUT.
AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
THEY NEED A REAL MANAGER THAT CAN ANSWER CALLS AND RUN THE STORE AND MAKE SURE THEY TRAIN THEIR STAFF AND A SECOND SET OF EYES FOR EVERY ORDER BEFORE IT IS COMPLETE.
HAD TO GO BACK TO GET OUR Cookies THAT WERE NOT IN THE BAG.

This place is ridiculous when it comes to customer service especially when you are redeeming a DEAL they will make you go load a card and pay online when they literally can apply the exact same discount in store because she have done it before so my question is WHY TURN DOWN THE MONEY WHEN YALL BARELY HAVE BUSINESS SADDD.
