The line was so long it went around the building, which makes sense because the guy taking your order can't hear you the first 3 times you tell him. But eventually when they got the order correct on the screen I pulled around to the window and they forgot THE MAIN PART OF THE MEAL. They stuff the bag with napkins to make you think it's all in there but once you get it home you realize that all you got was a hash brown and nothing else!!! I genuinely don't understand why so many people go here when there are so many other better options in the same price range on that street... 0/10 never going back again

They are usually good when I order there. There was a problem with an order that we had. We had ordered 2 fries and it was listed on the screen but when it was being paid for, it wasn't listed and by that time, we were already getting the food. We asked the person if we can add it on there and they said sure but they didn't charge us anything and gave us a medium fry. Most of the time, these people also get our orders right the first time or fix it quickly. Good customer service. There's really no downside for right now.

Most of the time I order a whole “meal” on Uber they forget the fries, making me reorder & Uber only refunds 5 dollars but not the fees on top of it. Idk if they be doing this on purpose to be petty but it’s getting annoying..on top of that I ordered 2 apple pies & ended up getting 2 strawberry ones & I don’t mind that but can you make sure they’re actually filled smh

Doing door dash, went to walk in to get my order at a reasonable time before the lobby was supposed to be closed, knocked on the door, the window, even had my phone pressed to the glass so they could see I was door dash and was ignored completely. I ended up having to wait in line for 20 mins just to get to the speaker to be told I could come back up to the door 🙄

The manager working the night of February 15th was oblivious and without proper training to handle their system. Even after it was explained to her that she was talking to us about a cancelled order that did not belong to us she insisted that we wait for a refund that has still not been received. Thank goodness the bank listened and has assisted in a refund. This place needs better equipped personell to handle everything from employees to the point of sale. This is not the first time we have dealt with incompetence at this location. If anyone cares or is paying attention, HELP! We are true fans of the arches and want better service.
