I love Chick-fil-A. Their food is delicious. They are so popular they have this elaborate setup to take lots of orders and to serve hundreds of people an hour.

Used to have a good customer service but it seems their standards have gone low, specially from this woman named “Raina” she asked my girlfriend’s name and when we received the order she named her “Karen” my gf’s name is not nearly close to “Karen” to get it confused. Had an attitude, unwelcoming vibe and seems like shes always talking/flirting with her
co-workers. We think she got mad because my girlfriend changed her drink order but thats what she’s getting paid for, to take our orders.

We have been coming here for quite some time. Like most the lines are long but move quickly. They have only gotten my order wrong twice, the first time they went out of their way to correct and the next time the manager was just not pleasant. I still give it a 5 star rating 1 time out of many isn't bad.

I went back twice and asked for a HOT sandwich and they gave me a sandwich under that light both times. This is why I never go to Chick Fila because they don't give you fresh hit sandwiches. They give you a sandwich from the light. The quality of the food is determine by whose in the kitchen. If it's a bunch of teens, your food will suck because they don't know the difference in warm food and fresh and hot. I ended up not eating that sandwich. QUALITY CONTROL PLEASE! Make fresh HOT sandwiches. Won't be back.

Ordered online. I don't understand the point of having the customer select their sauces if you aren't going to put any in the bag. Everyone's aware that the awesome sauces are one of the best parts of the Chick-Fil-A nugget experience, hence why you now sell them in bottles at the grocery store. No sauces=disappointment. I was excited to try the mac-n-cheese and I assume it would've been pretty good if it hadn't been stone cold. Not satisfied with this visit. 👎☹️👎

Cashier seemed confused. He couldn't do basic math after punching in the wrong numbers into the computer. Then they forgot to ask what sauce for our nuggets, and then forgot to put any in the bag. There were LOTS of employees; I didn't expect less than perfect service. Food was pretty good. The Sunshine was delicious. (Tea and Lemonade mixed)

People have almost caused wrecks with me by cutting me off to turn into this place when I'm not even going there, which I rarely do. I've actually made it a point to avoid the whole area around this place completely. Really don't see what the craze is, it's certainly not worth endangering others for pretty much average fast food.
