Waffle House

There was 11 people behind the counter. Three of them wearing manager polos. Yet it took 10 minutes for us to get our order taken at the breakfast bar and another 20 to get our food. The order wasn't complete and the bacon was undercooked and way to salty! Our counter area wasn't wiped down prior to seating us and the spot next to me remained unbussed and dirty our entire visit. The kitchen was dirty and I even had to wipe down the ketchup bottle before it was clean enough to use.

Great food - better cook! We had a great time enjoying our dinner here, and having good conversation with the cook and our waitress. Both were pleasant and friendly. Food was really food too! There was another girl, with pink hair, working too (I think - she was in uniform) but she literally spent the entire time we were there in the bathroom. She came out twice, walked around staring at her phone, and went back in. I only mention that because my daughter couldn’t use the ladies room and had to go in the men’s room (single occupancy) twice because she was in there. Aside from the odd bathroom situation, it would have been 5 stars for sure!
