Mcdonald's

Nice that McDonald’s now has the McPlant 🌱🍔. It tastes pretty good 👍🏼 and of course the french fries 🍟 are the best. This location in particular is a bit compact inside. The self ordering kiosk is not very user friendly specially if paying with the app 📱 code. It was a bit confusing but ended up paying 💵 at the cashier. Despite them being busy, they brought our order out fairly quickly.

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had at McDonald's! Completed an online order for pick up at 9:54pm and went to pick it up and the doors were locked so I went through the the drive thru, got to the speaker the associate had no clue about any mobile orders even though we had confirmation numbers and receipts. Told us to pull the the first window, waited as he laughed and played with the young lady behind him and told us to just pull forward. After pulling forward were ignored, glanced at twice but never acknowledged buy the young male Hispanic teen and the young Black male teen for several minutes they talked laughed and tossed a box back and forth. We blew the horn to find out about our food at this time it's about 10:13pm. The two teens stated "we don't see a mobile order it didn't come through". We told them what happened and asked to speak to a manager, they both stated " we found the order and gave me half of it. Then said "GO around front " but didn't state where in the front, so went around front and waited while we saw employees playing and jumping around but still at 10:23pm no food. I called the store 3 times and was hung up on once. Then called again spoke with a Manger she stated she will fix the order and bring it out herself. At 10:33pm still no food. 10:40pm the manager brings the food and get home and it's wrong with no customization that we're requested including the cheese that I paid for. I will never go there again!!

I only go to this McDonald's for two things because of how nasty their food is however tonight put the icing on the cake when deciding if I'll be eating at this McDonald's again. Placed an order through the mobile app, to only see the inside was closed. Then, proceeded to the drive thru where I informed the person taking orders that I had a mobile order, he instructed to pull forward. Looking very unmotivated, he tells me to just pull forward after looking confused on what to do. Cool...I then proceed, to pull forward where I sat and waited 5+ minutes before I was even approached. Once approached, very rudely two teenagers then say they don't see my mobile order as if I'm making up orders in my head. So, I ask for a manager because obviously he doesn't know about mobile orders. He then mysteriously finds the orders but of course, it isn't made. So he instructed to pull to the front of the restaurant. After waiting about 25 minutes, we call the restraunt and speak to a manager. While waiting we recorded a manager throwing napkins at employees as they were leaving, how unprofessional. After about 45 minutes, the manager then brings out the food. We will never be back to this location again. I recommend you do the same...

IT WAS RELAXING AND I ENJOYED HEARING AND SEEING THE NON HISPANIC INDIVIDUALS EMPLOYEES SPEAKING SPANISH, AND THE HISPANIC EMPLOYEES SAYING TO ONE ANOTHER WHO COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH GOOD SAYING: NO SPEAK IN ENGLISH... (IT REMINDED ME WHEN I TOOK SPANISH I & II IN HIGH SCHOOL... WHAT A GREAT MEMORY 🙂...) I AM GLAD TO BE AN INDIVIDUAL WHO APPRECIATE THE SIMPLE THINGS IN LIFE AS WELL AS THE GRAND... TO ME THAT WAS THE WAY GOD ATTENDED THE HUMAN RACE TO BE... LIKE JESUS CHRIST... THAT MANAGER... I SAW YOU... THE TEEN'S THAT WORKED THEIR WERE ENJOYING WORKING... I HEARD GOOD CONVERSATION AND PURE CLEAN LAUGHTER... TO ME LOOKING INSIDE IN... IT WAS LIKE GOD... SAID: SEE I ALLOWED YOU TO HAVE THE GIFTS TO LOVE TO BE ABLE TO NOT ONLY FEEL MY AGAPE LOVE BUT TO SEE IT AS WELL... KUDOS TO ALL MANAGERS WHO GO FAR BEYOND THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION... MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL TO SEE THAT YOUR REWARDS ARE DEFINITELY BIGGER THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW IT... BLESSINGS ❤️🙏🏾💞
