Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I can say the food was amazing but the waitress is very rude. The food brought out from a different waitress which was more rude. The waitress who waited on us was like bothered we sat in her section. 1 please take your time to pick the pot pie it’s so good recommended it 2 the wrap as are perfect in a kick of good spice 3 it kinda had a smell if someone was smoking the wrong stuff when we walk in and could just been outside air But overall remember the staff is always worked hard. But always put a smile on your face when serving and be kind. Sometimes us as customers can be going through stuff. Food was amazing and the last lady we spoke to was very kind and very nice..

Will never go back or recommend to anyone. Its pretty much ran down. Overworked and dreary workers. When we arrived I asked the greeter for a high chair and booster chair for my children. He never brought it or acknowledged that he forgot. He instead walked back and forth past us 3x without saying a word. I went and retrieved it for myself and it was filthy to say! Our waiter proceeded to bring us COLD croissants and dirty plates (pictured below). I mean EVERY SINGLE SERVING DISH WAS VISIBLY DIRTY. We ordered drinks but somehow my order was lost, so we received the drinks AFTER our food. The drink was prepared poorly so I asked for it to be replaced. We had to wait a while for that one as well. Lastly, the food we ordered was made incorrectly. At this point I lost my appetite from frustration. Asked to speak to a supervisor and someone came who did NOT look like a supervisor. She just offered a discount on our meal but didn't seem to concerned about the poor service. Never again!

We had went to Cheddar’s in Mesquite Texas and it was pretty good. Atmosphere is great, cleanliness is awesome. I had Tilapia and Shrimp with Coleslaw (awesome) and corn. my wife had Tilapia green beans (she did not like it) and corn. I would say 4.0 from a 5.0 star. It was the green beans and they did not refresh my soda. We will be back..

Cheddar has upgraded big time. The Butter Croissants they serve, instead of the chips, was such a game changer, they were DELICIOUS!. The croissants just melt in your mouth and leave you with a smile. I ordered a burger ,it looked delicious and juicy. However, the patty did lack seasoning and character, but i still ate it because it was still edible. My partner got a grilled cheese . The toasty buttery grilled cheese was the best grilled cheese i have ever eaten, so simple , but im glad Cheddars didnt mess it up. I Would love to see if Cheddars could add sweet potatoes fries to their menu, if so, i would be there every week. Plenty of parking and can be very busy on the weekends. The restaurant was clean and the workers were so kind and nice, they deserve to be treated kind everyday. Overall , i enjoyed my food and the new experience after years of not eating there.This location has managed to upgrade and run their business better. I will be coming back for another yummy lunch.
