Phat Wings

My boyfriend and I were visiting town and had the pleasure of meeting Darnell, the owner of Phat Wings, and eating some of the best wings in Texas. First off, Darnell is a great guy. One that you would stop in to see whether you're hungry or not. His staff are all friendly, on top of cleaning, and have mastered the art of cooking. We really truly enjoyed our food. It took a little bit to come out of the kitchen, but true masterpieces take time. This food was well worth the wait. We were lucky to come in just before the last minute dinner rush on Saturday night, this place is obviously doing something right because they sure are popular. I can't wait to visit Dallas again, this will definitely be a place that I would love to eat twice. Get you soooooome.

Super solid wings happening here. The whole wing is where it’s at, way better then the frozen bags of chicken wings most places serve. My first visit I had 3 piece and mac and cheese. Mac and cheese is on par with many fancy restaurants if not better. All scratch made here from the heart, met the owner behind the counter and cant wait to be back. Love that they poke holes in box to make sure food taste great even to go orders.

I got there about 45 minutes before they closed and the lady attending me was still very sweet, as well as the cook. I got 7 classic buffalo, 3 classic kickin kai and 7 boneless buffalo blue cheese. The classic wings were amazing and HUGE! I've never had wings that big. The boneless weren't for me but I was told they were great also. Their wings are also $0.75 for classic and $0.65 for boneless on Wednesdays. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend you pay them a visit! P.S. As you can see, they were devoured!

I was placing an order via messenger and was asked what I wanted to order. By the time I was done, the response stated they were closed. I figured it may have been a mistake since their website states they close at 9pm on Thursdays. I came by the location and lights are off and they are closed but sign on door also states 9pm. I was excited for nothing while also wasting my time.
