We were so hungry. Drive thru was quick and worker very pleasant and helpful. Food hot and fresh. We even got butter and honey for our biscuits. That never happens! Prices sure did go up! Thank you.

Real good store. Tyler made sure I got water while waiting on a delivery. Told me I could have anything to drink. Was quick to ask the name of my order. Wait time was minimal.

The wait at the drive through was the longest I have experienced. There were not many cars but the time spent was way too long. I did not get what I asked for but I told the person and he fixed it.

While KFC food still maintains a good quality of food, they still remain over priced. Granted everything is over priced right now.... But that's not the point.
They also had run out of cookies and instead gave me a free biscuit, which is fine by me because their biscuits are amazing.

Drive thru was fast but they messed up on the order so went back and got awesome customer service from sorry if i spell your name wrong... Dolton was polite and speedy on replacing the wrong item with the correct item... Apologized and respectful.. Wish we had more individuals like braddah. Dolton. Keep that customer service smile aloha braddah and KFC crew on dobson. And baseline

Chicken was good, but they out of root beer and I ordered the Sierra Mist and I told the guy that at another KFC I had ordered Sierra Mist and all I got was carbonated water. He assured me he knew it was good because it was bubbly. I didn’t taste it until I got home and it needs syrup and syrup doesn’t bubble. I did suggest that he taste it and he chose not to. I took away a star for that reason.

My son said it was good. I think its a bit too salty for my taste. The drive-thru worker (possibly manager?) was very cheerful and courteous. Thats always refreshing!
