Unfortunately this Panda Express closes early and does not have any concern for patrons walking up to prematurely closed doors. I saw the cook and associate scooping out the remaining food not served into take-home trays. Obviously they couldn't offer it to me, I had made the trip to visit them and give them money, but these employees had no idea what customer service truly means. I didn't expect to take the leftover food as my choice, I would had expected to order what I intended to purchase initially. I just moved from CA, where I was a regular customer at the Lake Forest PE. A very caring staff, a caring executive staff, as I met everyone involved with that locations operations. I didn't seek them, they offered everyone the opportunity to be closer to Panda Express than just the food. Here at Mesa Grand Panda Express is different and I had hopes that PE business model was consistent across stores. Maybe I just experienced a fluke, that the person cleaning the front door glass didn't actually see me when we made I contact as I spied the latched door at 9:25pm, 5 mins earlier than I'd expect to be turned away. I hope so.

First time at a Panda Express. Walked in a 630pm on wed night. First look all the food in the bins looked as if there was 2 spoons left. Everything looked dry. Really really dry. Due to the extreem amount of oil used the food still had a shine. I asked the annoying voiced serving lady why it looks so dry and why the broccli, all the meats, and noodles looked like its sat there all day. She said she could have it made fresh in 4min. We decided to chance it and purchase the food and took it home. We confirmed this crap is as dry and greasy as it looked. Nope never going back!!! Cute panda commercial but not so cute in the place. Hope I don't get sick.

I gave this panda 3 chances and every time it has sucked tremendously. The first time the server didn't give me near enough of the noodles, but I didn't notice till I was already home. Too late to get it back. The second time, the noodles were hard and gross as if it was either stale or had been cooked too long. Either way it was disgusting. The last time I went, the price went up (I got the same thing each time.) I asked the cashier why it went up but I didn't understand a single word she said because she could BARELY speak english, and she didn't understand really why either. The price didn't bother me a whole lot but then as I ate the chicken, I wanted to throw up. The chicken tasted stale and hard and very undercooked. ai had ordered the kids meal and the kids meal comes with a cookie and a drink. This last time I didn't get a cookie and didn't notice till I was home. The cookie isn't a big deal, but THAT is part of what I paid for plus the past bad experiences I had with this location, I just became very disappointed with this restaurant. I love panda but I am NEVER coming back to this location and I suggest that others should find a different location to go to as well. Extremely disappointed and disgusted.
