Dunkin'

They got it right! I had stopped buying from all Dunkin’s for about a year now because at this location I would order on the app in advance, then, when I would go through the drive-through to pick up, they would scan the app and make me pay a second time. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, they told me to contact customer service on the app. When I did, they said oh well, I guess we will have to train our employees better, but refused to refund my double charge. At a second location on Elliott they did the same thing, and I thought this must be a corporate problem and brought it to the attention of customer service again on the app. Both locations used to leave the hash browns open and just dump them scattered carelessly in the bag. This location now folds over the top of the hash brown wrapper and makes sure that it’s upright! In addition to that the order was 100% correct this time. That’s never happened at Dunkin before. I recommend this location. They’ve improved their quality and training, I got what I ordered in advance online, the order was correct and carefully placed in the bag right side up with the wrappers carefully folded over to close the top so the food wasn’t haphazardly just dumped in the bag to spill, AND they didn’t double charge me this time. Good job!! Way to go! A+ five stars! Bravo!

This is just to respond to that horrible comment. Must make you feel tough talking to a teenager/ young adult like that. Pathetic excuse of a human being. I hope she shares that on TikTok and ruins your life. This Dunkin location has good service. Everyone I have interacted with has been kind and professional. The person they are referring to is a young girl. I’m sure she is doing the best she can. Don’t let idiots like this upset you Faith! Keep going!

Always helpful and accommodating. When something may be wrong with your order, maybe once or twice they are always willing to correct any problem. They aren’t afraid to apologize and offer up better customer service. For me this counts a lot!! I also really like their rewards program through the application! Good incentives. 🙌🏽 Loved her pink nails in the morning because it made me smile 😊

This Dunkin donuts has the best staff. All of them are awesome the lady that does the cooking is amazing I just ate the best sourdough sandwich from there... Totally love CHRIS, he's the kid usually in the Drive-Thru, and one heck of a nice guy. They always remember me and I drive out of my way to come to this one.. great job you guys thank you
