Panda Express

This is one of our preferred Panda Express locations as most of the eateries in this area do a better job of providing quality service and good food. This Panda is no exception and has provided us with enjoyable food since it opened. We have never received bad service until tonight. For one of our orders we wanted two of the same entree. The Oriental server grabbed a slightly larger scoop of the entree before dumping it into one pocket of the styrofoam to go plate and went on as if she had done everything she was supposed to. I put in the next order being sure not to double up on the same item. Then I requested she give us full portions on the one plate. Without motioning or moving to agree with us or disagree she reached out with her scoop and dragged two pieces of zucchini into the scoop from the Kung Pao chicken and dumped it into the plate before quickly closing it leaving one pocket totally empty. Okay so she wants to play that game. Then I was totally surprised when we got to the register. She added up our bill then carried on a conversation as if I was answering positive to all of her comments though I never said a word. She was too busy talking. "Thank you sir for coming in, you're welcome, have a good evening." with no inflection in her voice or even looking at me. The words said one thing, her rudeness spoke another. I'm sure the other employees are not this rude for as we were leaving after eating I saw a different worker assisting and elderly man. She carried his Panda sack of food and helped him walk to his car as they talked to each other. I heard just enough of the conversation to realize they did not know each other. We will return for the food is good and the service is normally good. Hopefully, hopefully this young oriental girl will receive the training she desperately needs.

I have visited this Panda a few times in the past few months. Each visit was a grade A experience. Going off the latest one, I went at dinner time. It was moderately busy. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The person who started the orders began with me immediately. They were quick and efficient while still being friendly. I never felt like they were trying to rush me out the door, but they still guided me through the line rapidly so nobody waited very long. The staff communicated well, which also made the line move faster. In all my visits, the food tasted fresh and yummy. My experiences made me decide that this is my new go-to Panda Express for the area.

This is a really nice and clean Panda Express at the NW corner of Baseline & Val Vista. Staff is on top of things and Manager Maria made me a fresh helping of Angus steak with broccoli/veges. I also had honey glazed shrimp, chicken egg rolls and rice/noodles. It was all delicious and I was out the door in minutes and it was busy. Recommended tasty value asian food.

I enjoy take out at this Panda Express almost once a week..They often have variety or a new main dish to try than the week(s) prior..It's great to try something new if you are a creature of habit like myself. The staff is accommodating, cordial, and deliver quality in a fast paced environment. If I had one request it would be to provide chicken breast cut in long rectangular strips for the lemon or orange chicken dishes. See you soon!

The service was very good and fast. It is a clean restaurant and I like the new tables with barstools. It gave it a nice modern look. The food was good as always in these restaurants. My only complain is that the restrooms really need attention. They need to fix the toilet because it is tricky to flush with a broken handle. Also, they need some more cleaning.
