Charleys Philly Steaks

My Husband and I had ordered take out through Uber Eats worst site ever to order food. They don't put proper items to order on their site. They delivered 2 full size phillies with no buns. And was all wet and soggy by time they got to us. So we called and spoke with the manager I believe named Rose who completely remade our meals and and was super kind and generous to us and gave us coupons to use to return. She made this experience the best fresh made food extra hot fries and the fact she was kind and not rude about Uber messing up our order she fixed the Issue no questions asked. She is truly why i believe in Customer Service isn't completely dead. You have a wonderful Manager at this Location. Thank you from the Miltons

I come to this charleys location at least once a week. I absolutely love it! I love the bread and all the condiments. In my 24yrs of living I always felt that the sandwiches just didn’t look appealing. But this is the 1st year that I’ve tried a Philly cheesesteak and I just became addicted! Lol but what always makes me love this location is hands down Adam. As many times as I come here I’ve never seen him with negative attitude. I appreciate the interaction he has with his customers, his friendliness, his kindness, and just even seeing how he supports his team. Keep up the good work Adam! 😊
