Love the cookie butter cold brew! I always order pick up through the app and often get my drinks made wrong or they don’t have what I ordered available in the store once I arrive. Not a huge deal, the staff is always extremely nice and helps make things right every time, but it is a little inconvenient and time consuming to have to deal with.

Very fast, but customer service is ehh. Most people don't even smile or look at you. Just give you your order. Sometimes they don't even say bye or have a good day. Please, please, hire better employees!

Basic dunkin' goodness. Sometimes, the 1 same drink my wife orders (every time) is usually made slightly different with each barista. With that said, some make it too much or too little of the flavors. That makes the unbearable for her they usually compensate her with a different one which is awesome of the staff. We don't belittle them over it mistakes happen. Would just recommend some measuring cups or something. It may help them stay consistent with their drinks.

Good coffee if you’re not a Starbucks coffee drinker. 2 coffees was pretty steep however. Almost $7 for “cheaper” quality coffee

Great service, lovely employees that great you with a smile every morning. The manager is very sweet. They did not have any chocolate milk (prepackaged), apparently it expired and they would not get another shipment for 4 days, so she made my daughter a chocolate milk(size large) with whipped cream and sprinkle free of charge. This made my daughter's day.

All hail the one, the only, the AMAZING blueberry bake donut!
It’s the only reason I go. I’ll take it in regular form or donut hole, I’m not picky. Lol
I don’t drink coffee, so I can’t speak on that and their other donuts are fine, but this is slice of heaven.
They also keep longer than regular donuts. (Stay fresh.)

They aren’t cheap, almost $2 for ONE donut, pure insanity…but yummy as all get out!

Went to Dunkin because Starbucks still didn't have my pumpkin 😒 still they were supposed to have it the 24th. Thanks Dunkin the Pumkin hazelnut latte was awesome and they don't serve Frappuccinos, but still blended us up our drinks and made them frapps. 😀 The batista was awesome dang I wish I paid attention to her name. Shame on me! I want to go back and try some food and the blood orange refresher. I got two drinks a large and medium for 10 dollars and change and the drinks were twice the size of Starbucks 😬🤔

The only Dunkin I’ve visited that consistently has their act together, especially in regards to on the go ordering. Everything is always ready on time, cooked to perfection, and nothing is ever missing. While they don’t have a drive thru for convenience I feel like that is the difference maker that keeps them functioning on time.

This morning I waited in line for 15 minutes and had to leave because I had to get to work. Understandable, there is a staffing shortage right now, so I don't blame you for that. However what is unacceptable was the employee, I barely glimpsed her badge I believe her name was Michelle, that verbally berated fellow staff in front of your guests and snapped at customers. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10+ years including management positions, this made me violently uncomfortable. Just felt like this needed to be said.

I'm with Door dash and I picked up an order here and there was a young lady (her name is Jayden) who was just absolutely so sweet. She made me feel so good while waiting. One time I came here and they were kinda short (personality wise) and she definitely made up for the last time coming here cause I definitely am looking forward to coming back here because of her kindness. Thank you so much Dunkin for hiring an amazing young lady with such friendly etiquette skills
Ughh I just wish Hava Java could be the same way and put there customers first
