Dunkin'

There was NO sign on the door regarding Dunkin Donuts was drive thru only. So we had to get back in car and go thru the drive thru. We ordered a half dozen of glazed donuts and one coffee. We received a half dozen of chocolate donuts, and the cashier asked of four different times if we wanted coffee. Yes and a nod of the head is pretty must a universal acknowledgement...But she just wasn't getting it....

Put up a sign that says they close at 5 PM today but when I tried to order 15 minutes before 5 PM they were already closed. I go here every other morning sometimes everything is great. Other times my order is messed up or even miss placed or forgotten. Hope the whole staff can get on the same page and run things more smoothly.

Been here 2 times and they literally can't get a single Carmel ice coffee. They just dumped regular sugar after the order was just cream and liquid sugar both times. It's down the street from me but I rather go farther out to actually have the order right. The employees are unprofessional at the window as well

Not five stars because the coffee is typically not exactly what I asked for. I can tell if it is dark roast, and I certainly know whether they have actually put the espresso turbo shot in it. But four stars because I know they are typically very busy in the morning, and they are very pleasant nonetheless. Sometimes you just have to grab the D and pull

Staff feels a little quick to rush you even if there is not a lot of customers. I don't interact enough to have an understanding if this is some how management or just the crew themselves, but otherwise no problems. this is not just one experience but multiple over months. it's been pretty enjoyable every time I visit. one time my order was definitely over cooked (croissant almost the same color as my skin in some places and darker in others 🙃, that's not good for bread yo), but as I said 90% of the time Broadway is on point!
