This place was the most authentic restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was PHENOMENAL. The lentil soup 🥹 I couldn’t believe the amount of flavor that was in it. The hummus was THE BEST hummus I have ever had in my life. Everything is made from scratch. I had the combo platter (not pictured here). The falafel is so crispy on the outside, but soft and moist on the inside. The meat is the same way (chicken & kafta), just completely tender, but you can tell on the outside it’s been on the grill due to the char flavor. Their mint tea is amazing. I honestly can’t say nothing but good things about this place. The service was A1. I believe for two of us the bill was right at $30 and we ended up tipping like $20 because it was that great. Portions are great also. I’ll definitely be back.

Finally this Chicago gal found a Middle Eastern food mart and restaurant nearby. If you come on Sunday they have a buffet. I dare you not to leave without ordering takeout or staying to dine the restaurant. Great variety of baklava, beans, seeds, seasonings and teas. Oh yeah, this place is connected with Grubhub and DoorDash so you can order from home and enjoy!

Such a great buffet! The food was outstanding. Everything was super flavorful. You could tell that they wanted their buffet food to taste just as amazing as their order-off-the-menu food. Great family atmosphere and very kind staff. This will be a place we go on a regular basis. Tables were well spaced as well and didn't feel crowded.

My husband and I have never tried Middle Eastern food and wanted to give it a go! We got the chicken shwarma sandwich, falafel sandwich, and the mezza spread to try all of the different dips and appetizers. The hummus and baba ghanoush were delicious as well as the Arabian salad. We enjoyed eating that with the warm pitas! We had the chicken shwarma with garlic sauce and it was perfection!! The falafel was yummy too!! We will be returning to try more menu items!
