Subway

The two guys were amazing sandwich artists offering my Wela all the options for our Italian herb and cheese club. Of course we had it toasted and all the toppings minus the onions, oh and extra pickles on the side please. We were offered chips and a drink, but my Wela regrettably said no. Topping selection we enjoy on our sandwich are spinach, provolone cheese, black olives, pickles, cucumbers, tomato, and bell pepper. Yum, thank you again. P.S. if you take it to go remember to grab some napkins on the way out. :P

If negative stars was a thing that’s what they would get Henry was so disrespectful and told me to find another store!!! I order for my family this restaurant always puts my sandwich on the wrong bread not a big deal and I never complain and today because I was give the herbs and cheese and It’s the only one I can’t really stomach because of the amount of herbs I called in and explained my situation very nicely then the employee told me I doubt it was put on the wrong bread because we have all managers working so.. his name was Henry and I then got irritated and explained to him this isn’t the first time I wasn’t asking for a refund or anything just asking them to pay more attention to thier orders and put the correct sandwiches on the correct bread he then told me if I don’t like it I can choose another location. I would like this situation to be remedied by someone higher up he would not let me speak to a manager after telling me it was only managers working so either way he was lying. And he is taking business from this location because I will never be returning. All I wanted was for them to pay more attention for next time since I order from them pretty often but the past 4 times had had the same issue. Now thanks to Henry’s attitude I will absolutely not be returning to this location and I would like confirmation that Henry has been trained better to deal with customers and honestly an apology would be nice since he was completely out of line.

Edited - Should have read by own review from 4 years ago. I will never go back to this store. They obviously have no supervision for the kids that work later in the day. They are too busy playing with each other. Seeing as they work with money you would think basic math is required. Nope. If your total is 11.01 and you give them a 20 and say your have the .01, ignore you because they are playing around then say "oh sorry i already put it in". What?? So instead of taking my penny and giving me $9 dollars, she had to give me 8.99.... Because at Subway that math is too tricky. And my soda was barely over halfway full. So if you want to go somewhere to watch immature teens play together, get ignored, no math skills, and bad eyesight, this is your place. Not for me, I will never go back. And back to 4 years ago.... They are always out of certain breads, weak on meat, and the staff are somewhat slow and not pleasant. The only reason it 2 stars instead of one is because it's conveniently close and didn't taste horrible.
