Pita Pit

Surprisingly very tasty. I hadn't been to Pita Pit for several years but when I received a coupon in the mail a few of us decided to give it a shot before going to the movies down the street. It was a fairly young staff, but they gave terrific service, which was refreshing. The regular pita was large enough to split with my wife. They obliged custom orders and even wrapped both halfs individually for us. We will definitely return there.

They overcharged for 2 hummus wraps. Paid $30 for 1 regular wrap and 2 hummus veggies. I asked for more avocado and he told me no. He put a tiny smear of avocado in my daughter's wrap even though I paid an extra dollar for avocado. All she had in there were olives, tomato, spinach, and a smear of avocado for $10. He could have at least said he would need to charge me more, but instead just said "no I can't." Very bad customer service. Also you don't charge an extra dollar for each Hummus wrap when Hummus is in the name. Been going to pita for 18 years and never had such bad service

The smooties are pretty good if they have them in. But this time I ordered one left for 5 min came back. Not done. Left to get better parking 5 min still not done. They asked to take my order again and I informed them I already ordered and am still waiting. Apparently they forgot about me and realized that. Everyone in front of my order and many behind mine were a priority. Usually takes 3 min. Now takes 20.

Hit or miss. Usually a hit. Same with staff. Some of them aren't very friendly, but most of the time they are. Food is always fresh and servings are generous. They are our go-to for evenings when I don't feel like making dinner. Wish there was one closer to home. ***it'd be nice if they improved their kids menu. Not alot to choose from and kind of spend for a kids meal***
