Third time in a row we've gotten the little cheeseburger for our kids with meat not cooked all the way through. We even asked for "well done" this time since our burgers were basically raw in the center the last two times. Not a pink, but a raw, red beef (and no, not red from the ketchup!). Not acceptable Five Guys!

So the last 4 times we went are fries are barely warm and soft/limp....do we need to request crispy ?? The 10 other times we've been there the fries were always piping hot and crispy !! Has something change in the way they are cooked. We always eat in restaurant so it's not because fries are sitting in a bag. Burgers have always been excellent !!

Normally I'm a big fan of Five Guys...but I must have hit this on at a bad time. The iced tea went out and they could not seem to get it fixed, while my (dry but adequate) hamburger cooled and the fries went limp. I finally decided to get another soft drink but THAT one was also out... Don't get me wrong: the people were extremely attentive and were working on getting me my order. I think it's just one of those times when everything goes wrong at the same time!! I'll try it again, later, and post a followup.
Followup: the past few visits here have been good. Congratulations to the team here for fixing the problems!

I love Five Guys burgers and Cajun fries. Every time I order, I order online, I order at least 20 minutes in advance; I click the "on my way link" and the "I'm here" link. I wait in my car for like 10 minutes and I go in. Every time, they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about when I say I'm there to pick up my order. They do some things on the system and then they find it and make it. I wait patiently the whole time. Why have those options if it doesn't change anything?
A few weeks ago, I ordered online, paid and my bf went to pick it up. Again, I clicked "on my way" as he left and "I'm here" when he text me that he'd arrived. He went in and again, they acted like they had no idea what he was talking about. I screen shot the email with my name, the location, the order number, the order, the time the order was placed (which was like an hour -45 minutes before he left) and the confirmation of the payment. He showed them and they didn't do anything. All they did was tell him that they don't know. They didn't just make it , they just said that they didn't know. My bf sat there for over 30 minutes and nothing was done. I called the store and was very nice, I explained and asked for a refund. The manager apologized and refunded my money after reluctantly offering it remake the order. At that point, we didn't want to wait any longer as we were both starving and my bf was so frustrated that he didn't want to go back. The food is good but the service is terrible. I try to be mindful that there are staffing shortages and such but this was just so frustrating.

Food was great as always. Just busier than anticipated so wait times were a bit longer than I've experienced in the past here. But staff were very apologetic and handled it wonderfully well. Looks like they were short staffed.

Just had lunch at your restaurant today and apart from the usual great food, today's staff was right on the money! You could feel the energy...everyone seemed to be in such a good mood, smiling and laughing...it was obvious this was good team and worked well together. It always makes for a fun meal...

Wow!! My granddaughter has been telling us for years that this is by far the BEST burger joint in town. She was right!! Fantastic burgers and very friendly staff. I've gone by twice in one week!! Where have I been my whole life? Lol.
So glad we found this hidden gem. It's going to be my goto burger from now on!

I've been a huge fan of five guys for over 10 years. I enjoy everything they sell and the portions are more than generous, however over the years I feel the price had gotten up and up. I know a lot of this is out of their control, but prices have increased here more than anywhere else. They're building an in-n-out here soon and while I l do believe fiveguys edges them out, in-n-out is less than half the price. If I'm going to spend over twenty dollars for a burger, fries, and a drink, I'll go to a full service restaurant where I get waited on and don't have to deal with the loud over crowdedness that has become of five guys.
