Wendy's

As a resident of Mentor, Ohio, I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Wendy’s located at 5985 Andrews Rd, Mentor On The Lake, OH, 440601. Let me share my thoughts on this establishment. Atmosphere and Service Upon entering, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely friendly. The morning sun streamed through the windows, creating a warm ambiance. Whether you choose to dine in, hit the drive-thru, or opt for delivery, Wendy’s remains committed to serving its customers with care and efficiency. The Breakfast Delight This visit marked my first time trying Wendy’s breakfast menu, and I must say, I was impressed. The options were diverse, and the prices were reasonable. I ordered the classic Bacon, Egg & Cheese Croissant, and it exceeded my expectations. The croissant was flaky, the bacon crispy, and the egg perfectly cooked. It was a delightful departure from my usual fast-food breakfast haunt (looking at you, McDonald’s). Wendy’s nailed it with their morning offerings. A Few Hiccups Now, no review is complete without a touch of constructive feedback. The fries were a tad oily and saltier than I prefer. And the chili—usually a Wendy’s highlight—wasn’t up to par. It tasted somewhat “watery,” lacking the robust flavor I associate with their chili. Perhaps it was an off day, but I hope they address this inconsistency4. Final Verdict Wendy’s in Mentor offers a solid breakfast experience. If you’re tired of the same old morning routine, give their croissants a try. The friendly staff, led by Angel and his brother, adds a personal touch that sets this location apart. Just be mindful of the fries and chili. Overall, I’d rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars. Wendy’s, keep up the good work, and continue serving your community with those fresh, never-frozen ingredients we all appreciate5.

Had a nice bowl of chili and a chicken sandwich both were hot and tasty. This store is in the middle of a remolding and they are still entertaining customers in the dining area so I would think that in a little while it will look very different. Staffing issues are still going on it’s the new way of the world

Depending on the time of day, drive thru of on the ball! Medium size food order; everything made correctly and when I asked for a loaded baked potato (which I didn't see on the menu) I was offered a bacon and cheese to which I just asked for extra sour cream and butter- worked out fine. Nice young lady at the window-good attitude. Good experience. Vibe street seems to be getting better

Just a standard Wendy's. Service was good despite it being surprisingly busy for the time I went. My food was good but a little overpriced. It's comparable to a sit down restaurant for a bacon cheeseburger, small fries and a very small soda. I do like the make your own flavored soda machine they have it again for the price I'd rather go somewhere else.
