Ordered take out here. My order had 8 original recipe pieces, of which I asked for as many thighs they can give. I got 3. Ok, I’ve been to other stores where they were willing to give me all thighs.

Not the best KFC but definitely not the worst I've been to, I have been through this KFC more times than I can count and things are usually pretty good, although at times it can be disappointing I recommend checking your order to make sure it is as it should be before leaving the car park.

My order was messed up twice in a row. The first time I received a completely different order which was rectified after calling with a $20 credit. Upon returning to the store to redeem my credit, the cashier was too busy on his mobile phone to remember to give me my drink. We had a about a 7min wait for the order, only for it to look half eaten already

Always have great experiences here, even when it's really busy. Staff are always great and especially tonight, Olivia was extremely helpful and friendly, even though I arrived just off closing time and my order is not straight forward. Thank you again Olivia.

Last time I visit what is possibly the worst KFC In Australia. Generally poor attitude and approach by the staff, poor food quality (no care taken), quite often wrong items or items missing. I’m out for good on this place as I would rather eat vegan than go back here.

Really hit and miss. Sometimes it's really fresh and tastes great, sometimes it tastes stale and you regret getting it. Burgers can sometimes be assembled terribly. (Ordered multiple sliders and got really small tenders with 3 little strands in of lettuce with too much sauce in every one)

I'M REALLY AMAZED THIS CHAIN OF FOOD "RESTAURANTS" STILL EXIST, SELLING CHEAP AND UN EATABLE "FOOD" . Ordered "ultimate box" earlier tonight, around 5pm. Place wasn't busy at the time. HAD TO WAIT 9 MIN FOR MY ORDER WHICH WAS GIVEN FIRST TO SOMEONE ELSE...then I was approached to accept it . Danniell, suppost to be in charge couldn't explain delay and cold chips. I'M JUST AMAZED AND NEVER WILL GET FOOD THERE! Their food licence should be review asap!!!

Meant to be getting 14 things in bag they missed 3. The staff are more interested in there phones and trying to impress the 16 year old next to them. Worst store in Melbourne, the franchisee should be embarrassed by the staff working there. Never again they stuff the order multiple times over last few years.
