The man, The myth, The Legend. Jack is the very best at what he does. He loves and cares for everyone in and around his community. Back in school days I would come in with my sister and even days when I didn’t have enough to get a drink he would look at me and ask what I wanted. Jack helped build Mentone and the people around it into a wonderful experience.

This is what a small town diner should be. Breakfast and lunch menu, reasonable prices, nice atmosphere, friendly people. It's just a really comfortable place to go. Of course, there are all kinds of coffee drinks (hot and cold), as well as chai tea and other tea drinks all expertly crafted. And there's Jack, himself being a Mentone treasure. Highly recommend!

Brittany and her team of baristas are always smiling and making delicious cups of coffee! I stop here several days on my way to work. My favorite is the Hail Mary! She also bakes delicious cookies and has several options from local small companies to provide scones, bagels, and cinnamon rolls.

Stayed at Java Jacks B&B and could not have been happier. Efficient check-in, beautiful room, everything was spotless. The breakfast in the morning (frittatas and home made muffins) was restaurant quality, and the coffee did not disappoint. View from the Craig room was beautiful, very friendly helpful staff. We are staying there again later this week. Highly recommended.
