Cannot recommend this place…staff is improperly trained. Our order was not correct and this was consistent over the course of multiple visits. We thought we would save time by dining in since the drive through was too long and that was a big mistake. I could have taken less time at a dine in restaurant. You’re also pretty much ignored if you have a question, and you literally have to yell to get help. Unless they fix their situation with staff quality assurance I would steer clear from this place simply because they don’t work with any heart. I believe no matter what you are doing you give 100%. That precedent is clearly missing.

Very fast order and pickup. Employee in parking lot entrance to drive thru taking the orders - - > pay and pick up at the window. The problem with this method is you can't refer to the menu board. I do miss the Taco Salads and the Tostados. It is possible they changed the names but I wouldn't know because I couldn't view the menu, with images, when making my order. I was asked if I wanted any hot sauce and specified "Fire" sauce. I didn't receive any sauce at all.

I went through the drive through window, 7/1 at 9 pm. You could not see thee menu until you got up to the order microphone. That's when the employee said they were out of BEEF. We were stuck in line for another 20 minutes. That menifee location is always out of something, but to be out of one of your main items that's in half of your menu is crazy.

Drive thru was missing some of my items. As well as baja blast freeze wasnt full at all and when i went in to get my missing items, the front cashier was to busy coloring to notice me. And when i confronted her and told her what was going on she said give me one second to finish this drawing. Waited an extra 15 mins for my replacement items and my freezes mostly thawed.
