Del Taco

Used to be good but now they're horrible. I refuse to go to this del taco anymore! They lie because they're lazy and don't want to work and if they do decide to help you the order is 99% of the time wrong. They always ALLEGEDLY do end of day at odd times or if they're not doing a shift change they're cleaning the fryers. One night an employee told me it would take hours, close to 4 HOURS to clean the fryer, which we know is bull, and so we went to a different del taco and out of curiosity we asked how long it would take and they said 30 to 45 min depending on if they were the new fryers the company just invested in. 1.5 hours max if they had multiple fryers and it was busy (it was between 2 and 3 in the morning, they were not busy) and they informed us the lady who said it would be 3-4 hours was a lying, lazy woman. Countless stories for this place but that's the most insane and most recent. Don't do it. There are like 4 del tacos pretty close together in this town I suggest driving the extra distance to get better quality and service.

This location is absolutely disgusting. Today on my visit I ate inside, first off the gas station air conditioning is so cold my food went cold almost immediately. Next the del taco side was filthy and unkept. Finally... My food, I made it thru my burrito, then came the tacos and that's where things got hairy, no literally, one bite in I pull out a 2ft blonde hair belonging to the food preparer who, SURPRISE, WASNT WEARING A HAIRNET!!! The general manager was present and offered no apology and only refunded my 1 taco, the 2nd I didn't even unwrap. The manager was rude asked me to leave after refusing to refund the whole meal

I love Del Taco and go to several in the area but this one is by far the worst. Service is slow and the place looks like crap, probably because it's inside a gas station. I refuse to eat the beans from this del taco because they taste over cooked and dry which is strange because every other del taco I have ever eaten at have a consistent, great tasting burrito. Not sure why it's different here but I will drive all the way to the other end of town to the other del taco just to avoid this one.
