Starbucks

Awful..went with my daughter 2 days before Christmas. I get they are probably stressed etc but the girl walked away 3 times while taking my order so naturally she missed a drink. I ask the girl making them and she tells me twice that I can go stand in line and pay for it (mind you its 10 people deep) and she will make it. I spoke to a manager who helped me but not the brightest girls in this place..Im not coming back. The girl making the coffee was rude and dismissive. She should be thankful with those kind of "skills" she even has a job..

This was my first time visiting this Starbucks. If first impressions are an indicator of quality then they are getting a 2. They didn't have what I ordered. They ran out. If the hibiscus is one of your more popular drinks, then the manager should have it in stock. Also if someone is working the register they should know what is or isn't in stock. Another failure of management. Lack of communication amongst the staff. They did offer me a different drink but it wasn't the same. I will give them another chance at a later date but it may be a while.

Nobody said hello, when I walked up to the counter the lady said (without looking) “I’ll be with you in a moment” while she continued to mop the floor for literally another three minutes and finally the other guy who was making the drinks came over to get my order and wasn’t even friendly, no smile, just asked me what I wanted!! When I picked up the drink he just looked at me, no “hope you enjoy it!” No “Thank you!” Or “Have a good day!” Ugh, can’t stand unfriendly people. Just tried the drink, at least it was good!! Not sure if I should give a 2 or 3, but the music is nice too, so I’ll go with 3.
