The chicken is always deliciously at this location. The manager was out of one of sauces and took the time to make some up for my order. The were very accommodating, assuring me that I would be satisfied with my order when I left the restaurant. They were right, the food was delicious. We enjoyed every bite.

There's a toothless gold grill wearing mean lady working there that will punish you for wanting right service. And that's after waiting in a deliberately ridiculous line constantly. The new manager seems good everytime. Let's see if she rids the trash staff member.

The food was hot and tasty but the chicken was really greasy. We won't be going back anytime soon unless we have a coupon. The cashier never smiled or said thank you.

Lord myself personally I can not wait, when some of these people who claim they not only need a job, want a job, but can in fact work a job despite they have or have not any physical disabilities. Take your selves back to work. Can't even go to a lot of fast food joints and thinking you got there early, find out they closing earlier than expected, because they are short staffed. They still open for UberEATS, Door dash, or GrubHub. Just not to your Average Joe or Josette

It just felt like I was at the right place, at the right time, with the right order because everything was right and delicious. They treated me like I was there first customer of the day. The hot hot the cold cold everything was delicious. They do chicken right!

Good service but going through the drive thru you got to check your order before pulling off. It has happened to me a couple of times my order was wrong

I was very impressed with how KFC has stepped their game up in a big way! This store in particular..has done a complete 180° turn for the best! Management, cleanliness and the quality of the food are as good as advertised!

Their side orders are the best that I have ever had. The chicken is fair but the side orders are on point. Seasoned to perfection. The employees are exceptional. I hadn't been here in a year or more but I will start to buying more Kentucky's chicken. Frayser. Blvd.
