That man last night was definitely mad about something. Nothing like the other lady I had a month ago. It was about 8pm. I think it's really sad that people patronize the business and get poor service.

While the town gets a bad rap, the people and food at this location are doing a great job. Always very friendly, and I've yet to have an order made incorrectly.

The order given was surprisingly quick to arrive as it was mid-day. It came out fresh, definitely not from under a heater. Choice of beverage too strict for average. Had to settle for the lesser evil .

There is a horrible Mc Donald's on the same block. I drive right past that McDonald's to this tacobell and the order is right every time. Hot, and fresh..very pleasant inside and out. This place gets my dollars.

Unsure why Taco Bell gets a bad wrap, but I most always have a great experience. Fast, hot, good tasting fast food. And at most locations the customer service is better than other fast food chains.

Seems like Thomas Street Taco Bell hired the right people that know how to take orders well and feed me well. They greet u with a smile when you get to the window to pay. Keep the excellent work going!😁

I can tell the manager does a good job at running this location. My food is always hot when I come here and I never have to wait in line long. I wish the McDonald's down the street gave the same kind of service.
