Good customer service! Not the fastest due to being short staffed, but they are WAYYYYY better than the Subway off Frayser Blvd inside the shopping center with Kroger.

Young lady took care of us..she was only taking orders online because she was by herself. She did an EXCELLENT JOB considering the circumstances.

I usually have a bad experience with this location so I stopped going for almost 6 months. Well my boss had me go today and order 7 sandwiches for his employees and they handled them orders like pros. Great job today guys I will now feel more comfortable going there again to get my food. Only thing is they were out of alot of stuff. Like oil, ice, coke but overall good service. Very patient no attitude even with a long line behind me. Kuddos to you guys awesome job
