I came in on Saturday September 30, 2023 after 10p. There was ONE person working. She was an African American female. She was sooo warm & pleasant! I’ve never seen someone work alone & provide the type of customer service I received. 10/10! My food was delicious!!!!!! Wonderful job ma’am!!!!!! You need a raise! The line was moving swiftly too!

The employees were quick, friendly and the food was fresh and hot. The only negative was it was a little hard to understand the person talking the order. They talked so fast I had difficulty understanding them. But they didn't get frustrated when I asked questions and repeated what they said

The ONLY 🧐 McDonald's in the area with a working frappe/ smoothie 🥤 machine. Dependable for cold drinks in a hot summer 🌞🌞 Location was crowded but it didn't take long to make the drinks⏳ Parking was cramped and this area of Poplar is super busy.

Although I have to travel 7 miles out of my area to visit this McDonald's it's worth it. The friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful service I receive is superb!! Thank you for all you do in making my experience with your establishment feel so warm!! Keep up the good work!!

This McDonald’s had a nice drive through with good hours. I will say the line was a little long when I went but it wasn’t that bad just like 5 minutes. Otherwise service was quick and it’s McDonalds so I don’t think I need to describe anything else about it.

I previously left a 2 star last month or so, but credit needs to be given for major improvement. I went through the drive through around 6 on October 19. The workers were polite and fast. But whoever made the tea needs a promotion. That had to be the best tea I’ve had in a long while including homemade and restaurant. Good improvements!
