Mcdonald's

At the drive-through, I was greeted with a smiling voice. (It's hard and uncommon in the city.) I was a little taken back by the amount I had spent, so I made a terrible joke. Rather than making me feel bad, the young man obliged with a joke. I felt much better even though my joke was in poor taste. He made a joke, and we both laughed. At that moment, I knew I was dealing with a professional. Kareem is not only friendly but punctual and diligent. He doesn't deserve to be at the window. He needs to be promoted or given a pay increase where he'd be making double. The fact of the matter is this is the way every McDonald's employee should be trained. Kareem ought to be in the next commercial.

One of my favorite locations. Food is always fresh, never had a cold, stale or burnt french fry. They always have my favorite sweet treat; which is a large Mocha Frappe. My only complaint is the drive-thru service. It's always a certain time that drive-thru is slow. They will literally take 1 order at a time and before taking the next order; the car in front has to get their food and drive off. Overall it's one of the best.
