Great vibes, very chill but attentive staff. My girlfriend and I loved the place, and John was a great server, definitely ask for him! My only complaint is that the food was overcooked, the shrimp was like leather and the sauce was meh. Not terrible, but meh. Also, the drinks are pretty good, and well priced, so I'd recommend going for the bar if nothing else.

The dining area is clean. The servers are both friendly and professional. The food I've had is excellent. The price is reasonable and the portions are just right. If you visit, you need to try their cookie with ice-cream. The chocolate chip cookie is crispy on the outside and chewy inside....taste like a thick Toll-House cookie just out of the oven...yummy.

UPDATED!!!! Bad experience but manager handled the situation well! After having great past dining experiences there, I decided to go there on a date with a new friend. That turned out to be a big mistake. The friend's food was horrible. Soda was flat, food was cold. My food was better as long as I ignored the gritty residue left on my mouth after eating mashed potatoes. However, after calling the restaurant the next day and talking to the GM, I felt a lot better. I was given a free certificate to come back and give them an opportunity to "make it right,". The GM was professional, concerned and had a great attitude. Thanks to him, I look forward to trying RT again! ******I went back to RT to use the certificate and I'm very pleased to say that they exceeded my expectations. The friendly waitress (who seemed to be new) was not going to allow me to use my certificate on the menu specials. I explained to her that it was a certificate worth money toward anything on the menu. She got the manager who asked me what happened when I was there during my last visit. She apologized and proceeded to give me red carpet treatment. Everything was great, the food and service. They truly redeemed themselves!!!!
