Dunkin'

This is now the sixth time they have been unsuccessful at making my order correct. Almost every other location with the exact same order, comes out fine. Here. It tastes like trash, you have to add cream or sugar to the coffee to make it how you specifically ordered it. This is definitely a place they phone in their efforts. I tried multiple times to give them a chance to make it right but this is definitely the last time. And they aren't technically rude, but they sure do not come off as customer friendly. It's very off putting, but not being able to follow orders of cream and sugar to add according to their measurement system is just ridiculous.

It's a no-brainer for this one. Who doesn't love a fresh cup of hot coffee with a lot of cream and sugar in one hand, and in the other, a freshly made donut which is still warm to the touch and spongy soft. Well you can get that at this location. Prompt service, but there's always a line. Because it's good!

Where to begin? The owner of this franchise has zero regard for his employees. Two women working as hard as they could, stressed, with no other help and a line nearly out the door. Receipts for online orders on the counter stating to see customer service, due to no oven? Don't run a business if you aren't going to do so well. Highly recommend driving a couple minutes down the road to the next dunkin donuts.
