Subway

Never coming back here again. Only one employee working with a child in the backroom crying and complaining. The child also went to the back counter to talk to the Indian lady which is very unsanitary. Bad customer service she didn't even place any sauces on my sandwiches and as soon as I got there she asked for my name. And she thought I was lying about my name and needed to see my card. Like I paid online already what more proof does a person need I clearly saw the receipt with my name on it and she had the audacity to ask and look at my credit card.

I got charged extra for a topping I did not order and was not put into the sandwich. When I returned back to the store, both female employees did not want to give me a refund for the sandwich I purchased, I also asked for both the employees names and they both refused to give me their names. When I asked the employees to write their names on receipt, they refuse and instead gave me this..the entire time I was there, there was an abundance of other customers waiting to place their orders.this was at 2:24 in the afternoon. Both of the employees chose to not give me a refund and the Hispanic employee chose to ignore me while I was trying to get a refund. And also did not give me her name.

I went to buy footlong veggie sandwich and got three cookies 9.74 plus tax 1.22 total was 10.96 ,she put tip 2.19 cent without even ask me to add tip. When I ask her I put tip , she said yess. I never seen a subway putting tip . I recommend to be vigilant when they charge ur card.it look like greedyness.

That lady touched the inside of her mask and then proceeded to touch my food, which was very much so unsanitary. I also noticed the cucumbers were old because they were slimy. There was an insect in my food when I opened it up to eat it. Continuing, there was another lady who was not wearing her mask at all. This place is not up to date with Covid restrictions and needs improvement.
