I love this sandwich shop it’s open 24/7 which is great because I work 3rd shift. Not a lot of healthy food open 24/7 Place does start to get busy around 2:15AM but your out less then 5 minutes

This is how I received my sandwich, not only was it completely wrong but it's very sloppy, does this look appetizing to you ? Never ordering from here ever again, I am completely disgusted of how this sandwich came to be.

Walked in with a coupon in hand... was told I could only use it for 4 basic sandwiches eventhough the coupon said ANY sandwich.
Eventhough they were rude that wasn't a deal breaker. But when he started making my sandwich with bare hands after taking cash from previous customer and checking his phone that was a deal breaker. I asked him to wash his hands and start over (because it was for my child). He said 'no' so I just walked out. Save your money. Not sanitary, Rude, and horrible customer service.

I needed a small catering order and forgot to place my order. I called on Sunday the the manager took my order over the phone. The next day I picked up my order with no issues and the staff was pleasant, had the order ready to go! I truly appreciate it!

I was IN PERSON ordering & the employee stopped my order mid way through to start & complete a grub hub order without even explaining himself. Made what should have been a 5 min. stop max last over 10 min. He could have atleast informed me what was happening & apologize for the wait.

Not sure why the employees aren't enforcing customers to wear masks while in the store... Especially around food. Food was good but won't go back to this location because of not following Covid-19 protocols for the safety of everyone in the restaurant.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order in the app for 2 sandwiches at a different store and it charged me for 2 different sandwiches at this store. When I called the store to try and resolve the problem the guy was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. He said it was my fault and he wasn’t going to do anything about it and hung up on me. I called again to ask to the manager and the woman who answered hung up on me. When I called again the same guy told that what was I gonna do about it and that it wasn’t his problem. He said the manager was going to call me but how was he going to when he did not even have my number and then hung up on me. During those conversations he was not trying to hear anything I said. So now I am being charged for two extra sandwiches that it did not order. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
