Solidaire

We have been coming here for years, we loved the shisha and food. But this time was disappointing, we sat for 25mins (been ignored the whole time) for someone to come and take our order. Then we found out another 30mins later that she did not put in our order. Literally took 1hour15mins to get a bowl of chips (size of a palm that costs $14) and a plate of food. And for the entire 2 hours, charcoal was not replaced for our shisha. All the staff are young kids who are not allowed to take orders or miss orders. If the place is busy when you get here, be prepared this might happen to you…

We came to experience this restaurant together, we were walk in customers. This is a good halal option. The food was a little average, but for those not used to ethnic food this would be a great place. Our experience was definitely hindered due to the delay in our meals (around 50 minutes from when we ordered) We also ordered shish, but the waiter did not pass on the order, and unfortunately we did not get that for around 30 minutes. There was no dinning option for us in the inside and was a very chilly night outside, the heater was on but it was still a little too cold for the outdoor dinning at this time of year. Would we come back? Maybe. Our experience was definitely effected due to the wedding reception taking place at the waterfront part. Sadly it was my birthday which is why we had decided to come to the area and this restaurant in the first place.

What a way to start the New year. Paid $600 for utter garbage, all the food that came out which wasn't the whole set menu had bugs on it(while sitting inside) cups, plates, water and drinks all covered with insects. I Had asked for new food, cutlery and plates that never came! Food didn't get served till after 11 pm what a joke of a restaurant. DISGUSTING !! If I can give a zero I could!!!!
