Cafenatics is a chain coffee shop in Melbourne since 2004. Great coffee and welcoming staff. Variety of options for a quick lunch and well priced. It provides both indoor and outdoor sittings which is a plus. Highly recommended.

Every morning I'm greeted by name, served with a smile and given a fantastic coffee. Great variety of food for breakfast and lunch too. Lovely lovely staff - cannot fault anything.

Coffee is great, just like other Cafenatics cafe's i've been to. The service is quick but to me some of the staff seemed a bit 'over it' whether that's got to do with the very busy conditions they work in, i'm not sure, but just didn't have the personal touch. However the Barista's were very friendly.
As for the cafe, there's really not that much to mention as the surrounds share the same seating as the general food court area.

Great coffee spot hidden away from the street. Perfect hot chocolate, lovely staff, nice outdoor area, quick service. My only complaint is that the music can be way too loud in the morning. However the staff seem to be willing to turn it down if you ask.
