I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad from app and pick up in store. I required all salad, only without Jalapeño. Once I opened it, the amount of ingredients are ridiculously small portion, which never happened to me when I got from others subway shop.
Haven't said that, there are full of sauces around the salad box, and it is not hygienic at all!
Truly disappointed and I will never return!

A very convenient location in a busy area for a Subway. There is seating, although limited and right now is closed during the COVID lockdown. They prepare the meals quickly and as well as expected, although service is often lacking a personal touch in these busy areas and this was the case here too

Worse subway in Melbourne by far, avoid this place!
I have been here twice in the past year and the workers are always rude, went last sunday, bread was rock solid hard, chicken was cold
And one last thing that they should talk about is changing gloves after every sub (which they didn’t, bad hygiene)
I worked at subway for a few years, there’s a better subway around the corner don’t go to this one.

Just outside Melbourne central and opposite the state library. Best place to get your subs. Place has plenty of space to sit and dine

A great place to eat fresh.
I visited the shop, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tables are clean.
The purchase price will depend on the location.
So it was more, than I would pay on the Gold Coast.

I visited the place at 2:05 pm and was hardly busy at all. I entered the store and unlike any other subway, thete was no greeting. The man serving me had the worst attitude ever. No smile and being just rude. I wonder how have they been hired. The place was clean and tidy but the staff behavior just annoyed me.

Stale bread for $9.45.
I just got served stale bread. They didn't even ask which bread I wanted today- which I thought was no issue- but to serve bread that was off? It was hard as rock and quite cold after toasting. Never had this issue at any other Subway previously, Plus unfriendly staff to top it up today.
