Dunkin'

I ordered on Ubereats and got a drink that I can’t drink due to allergies. I called Uber eats and they refused to help me. I contacted Dunkin’ and not only did they apologize they delivered the correct drink to my home and quickly at that. I have never received such great service from a Dunkin' before. Highly recommend this place. Customer service is 10/10. Thanks again!

I never review restaurants or fast food places but there is a guy named mike who works here. who is not only and incredible worker but and amazing guy he deserves a raise honesty just because his customer service is just way more then required and he’s just a great human bein. We need more mikes on this planet

Today was my first GREAT experience at this DD! The service was professional, fast, and courteous. Even complimented me on my earrings. I’m not sure if it was the manager or not but she said next time I need this order to call in advance and she will have it ready for me and personally bring it out to me. Way to go DD!

I had a mobile order and ordered from the drive thru, both orders were fresh and made at the same time. Also, they were out of croissants but the cashier went to make sure and had new croissants just finished baking. It made my parents and I very happy to get exactly what we wanted. Thanks to everyone at this location for their helpful, speedy service!!

This store is awesome! The employees are very friendly. I have been going to this store everyday for a little while now and they NEVER fail me. Always on time. Very prompt. One day I ordered hash browns for my son and unfortunately they were all out. I am assuming she was the store manager said that she would get me next time. I went there the next day, ordered the same thing NOT expecting anyone to remember I was owed hash browns and she remembered! Always a good experience at this location. I’m so glad they are right down the street from me. Thanks guys! Keep up the awesome work! 🤘🏽
